LEADERSHIP THAT HAS LIVED THIS WORK
John Pyne serves as Executive Vice President and Regional Manager for Atlantic Bay's Eastern Region, bringing more than 20 years of mortgage industry experience. He joined Atlantic Bay in 2023 to expand the company's Eastern presence, focusing on recruiting and developing loan officers committed to building sustainable businesses.
A player-coach by nature, John leads with structure, accountability, and repeatable processes — grounded in the belief that long-term success comes from disciplined daily habits. Over his career, he has funded more than $1 billion in residential mortgages, including a peak individual year of approximately $250 million, built on strong referral relationships and a passion for helping others grow.
